We take great pride in our partners and in our staff.  Although we are a modest sized firm, we have had significant impact on the rights of property owners throughout Long Island and beyond.  In addition to our Law Practice our firm also contains a highly competent:

MORTGAGE AND LENDING DEPARTMENT

The Department is under the direct supervision of Vincent Tenety.

The firm closed over 1100 financing transactions in 2003 and 700 in 2004. The firm's major lending clients are JPMorgan Chase, which the firm has represented for thirteen years, Astoria Federal Savings Bank, HSBC, CitiGroup, Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual Savings Bank.

The Department employs four attorneys, three paralegals and a bookkeeper.

The firm presently has offices in Babylon, L.I. and New York City and is available to close mortgage loans in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester.

The firm's representation in the closing area is strong. We believe in diligent, competent representation and a high level of customer service.
